My laptop doesn't turn on anymore if I'm not plugging it in with its AC Adapter. 

It shows at first my battery percentage was at 99% and over the course of few days it keeps dropping down and today it has come down to 4% and does not go up.

I know, I need to get my battery replaced, and I'm trying to contact HP Support for a quotation of how much a new battery replacement will cost. Can someone tell me on what it will range here in the Philippines?
