hp spectre x360 13-ap0038nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today my laptop has been shut down because of overheat.

I've installed SpeedFan software and data I see there seems unexpected:Untitled.png

Fan2's speed is very low. Even when processor Temp1 raises to extremely high - 90 degrees and core temperature are over 70 - Fan2's speed stays under 100 RPM. I guess values like 2-5k RPM for both fans should be the right ones.

Can you please ask your tech/engineer team what is the expected speed for 1st and 2nd fan in HP spectre x360 13-ap0038nr? Model has processor Intel® Core™ i7-8565U (1.8 GHz base frequency, up to 4.6 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores).

Thanks.

The Fan 1 speed is abnormally high. Fan 2 often tests at a very low rpm. The temperatures are actually within normal range. The little fire symbol is based on how you set up the app.

This is the chart of how Fan1 has started:

And on laptop start I see this:

I tried to blow my fans, but it didn't help. What else I can analyse to understand what is the issue?
