Low Storage HP Stream 14

Windows 10 is taking up a lot of space on my computer and I can't update the OS. I own an HP Stream 14 and it only came with 30GB of storage with no option to expand. Is there anything I can do as far as to shrink the size of the OS file? I tried adding storage using the ssd NVME.2 wifi port but couldn't find the right ssd that could fit.

The OS is not a file, but a set of files -- and some of them are working files creates by Windows Update that CAN be removed to reclaim some space.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here:
