Lqaptop panel is broken

Hi,

My laptop panel is broken from the place  where  screen and keypad is joining. I want to know if ikt is fixable? and how much it will cos me? My laptop model is HP ENVYx360 Laptop- 13-ay0504sa.I am attaching the pitures for your reference.
