Hp 15-BS070WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I've asked over n over. I have an HP-15 -bs070wm "aka" HP Jaguar, with an 7th Gen i5 dual core, 7200U, 15.6" Touch Screen "Tablet Mode" With an SSD and a M.2 both installed and running? (not properly I believe) with the Bulk of Windows 10 OS on my M.2 (Both the SSD and the SATA M.2 "B + M Key" are Crucial CT500MX500SSD1 & Crucial CT500MX500SSD4, I even upgraded the memory with Crucial Memory DDR4-2666 1333Ghz 8Gig) and Back up's + Full System Image on the SSD,

Now My Question,  When I purchased this laptop it came with a 1Tb HDD, 8 Gig Ram, and the BIOS/UEFI was in SATA/AHCI, Now I had very bad luck and had my motherboard + CPU + Battery, all Replaced while still under Factory warranty. The first time I got my Laptop back they didn't screw down the M.2., The Second time it took a month to replace the battery. But somehow the BIOS configuration had changed to IDE/ACPI,  And with 40th time Re-installing Windows 10 and HP system on to the SSD's, the drivers started disappearing.  Now this was all back 2016-2017. I have Asked for help many times on different Forums,

But How can I get the BIOS configuration back to SATA/AHCI and where can I get M.2, SATA, AHCI and SSD drivers and controllers /drivers? And maybe even the PCI-e Configurations turned back on? (even if it's just a settings sheet and a how to can really help) Because since the Newest Windows Version downloaded (10.0.19042.630) my Intel drivers are no longer being recognized by OS version, neither are some HP drivers, AMD drivers, Synaptic Touch drivers, Graphic Drivers, Firm Ware(Intel) drivers.

I Also  Did do a Clean Install JUST last month also 10-06-2021, today's date 11-13-2021.

I cannot download the HP Cloud USB recovery tool, It keeps erroring at 99% and uninstalling? The one sent to me by HP was Stolen along with 2 External HDD Backups, and 1 other laptop, my Windows 10 pro Backup/fix disc's. and pretty much everything else I owned. HP won't help,  windows can't help.  Maybe you "The community" can? thanks in advance.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to change IDE to ACHI in the BIOS and looking for the controller drivers.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that there is no option in the BIOS to change the IDE or ACHI settings in the BIOS. However, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Below is the link for all the available drivers for your computer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

First off, I would like to say Thank you! for attempting. I actually just Flashed that BIOS earlier today and with no luck.  Plus Almost all the current Updates for that System (at least from end) are no longer being supported by the "Windows 10 Pro OS 10.0.19042.630"  2H20 Update. Now I even started getting weird system failures I have never seen (which is why I flashed the BIOS) this morning I turn on my Laptop, Logged in, and there was nothing but a black {back lit} screen, apparently my Profsvc.inf had bugged out. And I had to fix that before I could reuse my Profile, that only took till 11p.m last night lol, it's 2am right now. I'm looking for a "secure" Windows 1909 ISO to roll back with. By the way the Service manual for my HP-15-bs070wm is incorrect.  I do not have a VGA plugin anywhere and I have, according Speccy and RST.gui 5 PCIe  ports one is a PCIe 4X4 port, and the other 4 are 1x1, 1x1 and 2x2 and "In use" but the system is only operating on 1 of them? That I can see or it will tell me. I did install the SSD and M.2 and Memory, soIi looked around on the inside a little.   And I saw Listed but never mentioned in the service manual 2, M.2 ports, 1 supports M + B Key 2280 the other is eMMC Form Factor and only supports WiFi/Blutooth. And the Laptop came with two USB 3.0 one 2.0 one HDMI and a SDxHCI card reader 1Tb HDD SATA3 enabled, DVD-RW SATA3 enabled And Touch Screen witch also appears to be PCI connected? I'm not positive about the Touch screen. And Supposedly I have an Intel i5-7200U 7th gen,  But in Environmental Variables it lists the Processor Architecture as AMD64 Identifier as Intel64 Family 6 model 142 stepping 9, Genuine Intel,  and Processor Level 6 and OS Window_NT?  Plus having a New CPU and Motherboard installed I don't even if it's correct one, And I'm supposed to have switchable graphics, I have only AMD Windows and Intel graphic Drivers, But Support told me I shouldn't have AMD drivers. I even read logs where it was searching OMEN system configuration, log in,  But I Know HP Envy and Probook both used this motherboard configuration as well.  So maybe that's why the service guide and HDD / SSD Manuals both say Conflicting things. LoL even the box it came with called it an "HP Jaguar", But the Drivers are listed for an HP Notebook 15-bs07XXX.

After the Second Elevated discussion with Microsoft about why thier OS no longer recognizes the drivers. We found out, HP NOTEBOOK 15 bs070wm last update release software was for the 1903 and 1909 versions windows 10,  so all the signatures are invalid for 2004 and the newest 2H20 release's. And the main ones it will not recognize are drvinstall.cmd and drvsearch.cmd.

 Sooooo my new question is.

How can I update these wrong signatures? For Windows OS 10.0.19042 &19041 updated systems?
