Is M.2 Port available in HP 15 ay120tx laptop for upgrading HDD to M.2?

You should be able to add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine using Crucial, Samsung, Toshiba, SanDisk (Western Digital) ... to your machine. For example

 

           https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-ay120tx/CT11447032     (500GB)   

           https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/860-evo-sata-3-m-2-ssd/MZ-N6E1T0BW/
