I had used a Dremel to grind off the head of the stuck screw, opened the back cover and found the brass sleeve of the stuck screw dangled free from the plastic post anchor.

That Torx5 m2 screw is at the corner of the back cover adjacent to the hinge of the front cover and the ethernet receptacle.

Are there any instructions or technical manual showing how to disassemble the metal brackets in that area so that I can push the brass sleeve back into the post anchor.

I had ordered a Samsung SATA MLC SSD and will try to clone it to replace the HDD.

During startup or boot, black screen displays with no error messages or warning beep sound.

After perform a hard reset, the laptop will start up properly.

These occur pretty often.

Any suggestions?

Is the maximum memory capacity of this laptop HP ENVY - 17-u273cl 32 GB DDR4 Sodimm? Is either 2,400 MHz or 2,666 MHz OK?
