I have HP 14q-CS0009tu (i3 7th Gen) . I have 1TB HDD and now looking to add a PCIe NVMe SSD.
After I saw this guide bit confused I think it says that if I want to use 500GB NVMe SSD i have to remove my HDD.
Can my laptop run a 500Gb PCIe NVMe SSD along with 1TB HDD ? Or it can only use up to 256GB Nvme SSD along with 1TB HDD ?

Hi:
The drive capacities are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity the notebook can take.
You should be able to install a 500 GB drive along with the 1 TB hard drive.
Note that I did see this post yesterday, and I have no idea why the drive didn't work for this forum member.

So,
You're saying if 250Gb works 512GB should also work. I want to install Windows on a Kingston A2000 PCIe NVMe 500gb SSD(Amazon.in: Buy Kingston 500GB A2000 M.2 2280 Nvme Internal SSD PCIe Up to 2000MB/S (SA2000M8/500G) O...) will my laptop and BIOS support it ?This is my Motherboard and BIOS
This is M.2 PCIe SSD Specification from maintenance Manual
