Hi,

Please tell me which type of ssd cut does my laptop hp 820 G3 support.

Is my laptop is single cut ssd supported or double cut ssd supported??

Hi,

You can insert an M2 SATA3 SSD from your preferred brand and capacity (form factor 2280)

Does not matter if it has one or two notches.

Example

I believe you could also insert an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD which would be much faster
