 please help I have hp notebook 15ay053tx with me I want to upgrade it to an ssd(m.2) but I'm unable to find the ssd slot can you please help me?

Use an adapter if you cannot find the port when opening. But, the speed will be limited 
by the underlying protocol. I can't see your image. In a simple case, something like this:

Your machine dove M.2 slot for storage. You can replace its existing 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SSD using

              https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd

              https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/

       Or similar from reputable vendors.
                 One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
