Does my hp 14-cf2023nia have a M.2 nvme ssd slot and what's the maximum upgradable ram?

It's a Pentium Silver processor so somewhat defeatured. There is a single memory slot DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM. The Manual says 8 gb max. You can get the actual max memory from a command prompt:
wmic memphysical get maxcapacity

I think it might accept a single 16gb module but I will not guarantee it as the official Manual says 8 gb is the most it can take.
It definitely cannot have an NVME M.2. There may be an M.2 slot and if so it would be SATA M.2 only. Here is the Manual and the location of the slot if you have it is shown on p. 42 right in the middle of the motherboard. If not you would get a big bump in performance from a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in place of your current spinning mechanical hard drive.
