Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

Hi:  I need to back up my data from my laptop so I try to unscrew the M2 Screw for my NVME m.2 drive in my HP Zbook 15 G10. However, the M2 Screw stripped easily. I would like to know the method to unscrew the M2 Screw. If some tools are needed, please let me know what are they. Note I have use rubber band to increase friction but the problem is not solved.
