hp notebook 15-da0077tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my 'HP notebook 15-da0077tx' with M.2 SSD. But I don't know which SSD to choose. I have looked at the motherboard and on the SSD port  "PCIe NVMe or (m key) SATA" is written. But I don't know if NVMe is supported in Bios or not.

Kindly please help me out.

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series.

https://content.abt.com/documents/90195/15DA0046NR_manual.pdf

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

The M.2 slot supports both NVMe and SATA SSD's.

NVMe SSD's provide faster read/write speeds than SATA SSD's provide.
