It does support both and you can use 500GB or 1TB such as

I recently bought the same laptop.
I am looking to upgarade the SSD aswell. But I am looking 120-256 GB options.
Can you tell me the specification to LOOK FOR?
From your answer. I am guessing it is a
M.2 NVME 3D TLC NAND M-key (single notch) SSD
Would this do?
