Hi im a repair company owner and i have the laptop HP 14-am002nd here when i was trying to boot it it said hardware check and then the biggest check and it returned with a response ho hard drive installed so i opened the laptop and saw definitely a m2 flash hard drive so i thought maybe the connectors wasnt put in so i put them right tried again same response then i thought lets buy a new hard drive its the m2.0*3.0 chip or something like that but i couldt find it.
