Hi,
I have an HP Envy laptop (15t-ae000 CTO). The config is: i7-5500u , 4GB Nvidia GeForce GTX950M, 2 TB Hdd, 8 GB DDR3 Ram 1600Mhz. Is there an extra slot for SSD on the motherboard? The manual says that for i7 variants with 4 GB discrete graphics card, there should be an additional slot for M2 Sata SSD. I could not find it on my motherboard.
A picture or schematic of the actual motherboard would also be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service Guide of your product and found that you have One M.2 slot for SSD (models with i7 processors and 4 GB discrete graphics memory only) You can also refer to the Chapter 3 for part number, page no.18.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
