in maintains on hp website for this model,  i have seen max size for m.2 is 256gb (already i have it) 

but can i put for example 500 gb or 1 tb Nvme m2. in my motherboard

i have already 1.tb ssd and 256gb m.2

i want to know can my laptop support extra storage (NVMe) more than 250 gb or not ??? 

and ram is right now in maintains hp guide max 16 GB but can i put 32 gb ram ???

Hi:

 

That shouldn't be a problem.

 

The drive capacities listed in the manual are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity.

 

If you look at the Crucial SSD report for your model, they are selling compatible SSD's up to 2 TB.

Thanx for your help but my mean is not ssd (2.5 inch)

I have already 1tb

I want to be sure about nvme m.2 capacity. Because hp offer max capacity by motherboard 256gb (i already in have it) 

Can i change to 1 tb too? 

I didn't finding out in crucial more offer about my laptop. 

Its reason I want to be sure before buying ! 

I have Samsung and its really bad quality . I like to change to Western digital

I know that you meant you wanted to increase the storage size if your M.2 SSD.

If i buy WD m,2 is it ok and supported by motherboard?

You're very welcome.

 

You should be fine with a WD NVMe SSD.

 

Unfortunately, I can't find any 2 TB models of the new Samsung 980.

 

Seems like 1 TB is the max.
