Product: HP M24f FHD Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my Surface Book 2 to my HP M24F monitor but when I do so the monitor screen remains blank. My laptop recognizes the monitor connection, and all the cables I am using to connect the two (HDMI and usb converter) work. I tried looking if I need to have any software for the M24F, but my Operating System Build (WinVer) is not listed as an option. My monitor works when I hook it up to my nintendo switch, but just will not work with my laptop. Does anyone else have this problem or any solutions?
