Hello. My processor is core i3-7100U@2.40gGhz. My GPU is Intel HD Graphics 620.   I know that my CPU and GPU are locked. But is there anything I can do that is SIMILAR to overclocking, or anything that can maximize and squeeze out every single drop of performance that I can get? I Hoping for tips that give big improvements(15%), but tips that help with only 1% or 2% are also appreciated. Also, PLEASEEEEE don't give me dumb tips like clear storage space, cause I've heard it and done it a million times already.

They are not locked, they are physically integrated to the system board. HP does not give overclock options for nearly all notebooks and desktops.

I'm not trying to be mean, but how did you give me any tip, that would help my CPU and GPU perform better? Why the heck would I accept that as a solution. Also, my CPU is locked. It doesn't have a k at the end of it, it has a u(but ur probably right about the GPU) Also, how does correcting me if its locked or not help me in anyway?? that's not what I asked for.
