HELLO. I HAVE HP PAVILION DV7 (with windows 7) WITH CHIPSET HM65 WITH CPU I7-2630QM THAT WORKED WITH 2X4GB 1333MHz 1.5V WITH DESCRIPTION I READ THAT ON THE RAM RAM SLOT I CAN INSERT 8GB.
.... BUT I CHANGED THE SYSTEM TO WINDOWS 10 HOME 64BIT CPU TO 2860QM, RAM TO 2X8GB 1066/1333/1600 1.5V
MY QUESTION IS ANY CHANCE TO START 2X16GB / 1600 1.35 / 1.5V ???
WHAT WILL ANY RESTRICTION BE HERE ???
WINDOWS MAX 192GB RAM
CPU MAX 32GB RAM
CHIPSET MAX 32GB RAM

CAN YOU INSTALL A STRONGER CPU???
  .... WHAT CAN RESTRICT ME EASY ???

The 2nd gen i7 Quad Core systems will run 16 gigs but not 32 and it will be 1333 at 1.5 volts not 1600. You have already upgraded that machine as far as it will go I am afraid.

i7-2860QM is already .2 ghz faster than any processor you are supposed to be able to install.
