pavilion x360 -11 N010EB
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My laptop is not powering up. It isn't neither a power problem nor the power connector, actually the MB led is not lighting anymore. I would like to buy a new motherboard and therefore need to have the reference of such part.

The laptop ref. are :

Product number: G7G17EA#UUG

Serie nbr : [Personal Information Removed]

HP pavilion 11-n010EB x 360

Besides, can I also have the reference - part ref. -for the power button and the power connector.

Thanks for you help.

Best regards,

MiaMdf

Motherboards are listed on p. 15 of the Service Manual here:

Manual

You can replace the existing motherboard with any of these. These are very low-spec machines and you may want to get an upgrade for the processor while you are swapping the motherboard anyway. Such as this one:

Intel Pentium N3540 processor and the Windows 8.1 Standard operating system 789089-501

https://www.ebay.de/itm/HP-Pavilion-x360-11-n010dx-Genuine-Intel-N3540-2-16GHz-Motherboard-789089-50...

(11) Power button board (includes cable) 755733-001

(4) Power connector cable 755727-001

Hello,

I have now replaced the MB, but the the screen is not touch anymore and I do not have the web cam neither. I have checked in the Device manager, both were there (from hidden) with a message:" the devices are not connected (45)". I uninstalled both of them an reboot ..They disappeared  completly . I have checked the cables and they are plugged in the MB.

Do you have any idea how to solve it ?

I have also checked the manual I do not see what are the part references in case I have to buy new ones.

Thanks for your help.
