Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a MB04XL battery to replace the OEM battery. However, the battery will not charge and when I run diagnostics, I get a Fail ID Code error message Q09U7K-8JBBT4-GXGGQ1-C0DX23, which I believe is for the power adapter or the battery. Any suggestions? I don't know where to get an original HP battery replacement. When I goggled the laptop it suggested the one I purchased.

I just installed a replacement battery this morning and it still won't charge and gives me the same error message. I ordered a new power cord and will try to see if it fixes the issue.
