HELLO I AM ASKING FOR HELP IN COMMUNITY  BECAUSE I HAVE I PROBLRM WITH MY LAPTOP. THE MODEL IS HP 15-BW003NV THE HP SAY 1866 RAM IN PRODUCT MANUAL BUT ITS DDR3 AND MY LAPTOP USE DDR4. ALSO IT HAS A 4GB ADATA 2400MHZ WHICH NO MORE EXIST USE 8 GB  2400GHZ PATRIOT BUT SOME TIMES THE SCREEN FREEZES OR GET BLUE TO RESTART WITHOUT RESTARTING. COULD YOU TELL ME I WANT TO UPGRADE RAM WITH MHZ, GB, CL TO CHOOSE?? THANKS A LOT

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Crucial memory that they guarantee is compatible with your notebook:
