MEMORY UPGRADE FOR HP LAPTOP 14-CM0XXX

I have this laptop for a nearly a year and I thought it was a Chromebook (but it wasn't), It has only 32GB of memory and 4GB of RAM, I was hoping If anyone can give me an advice how to boost the memory of this laptop and potentially its RAM as well? The Processor is a AMD A4-9125.

The information in the Laptop as I click "Settings"  and About is different from the ones written on the box.

Nevertheless the laptop model is 14-cm0981na according to the box where Serial no and Product no. is also stated.

It has One slot of RAM which is 4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now and supports 8GB max. You can replace 4GB with

          https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct14774037   (It will run at 1866 MHz).

Note: It only has 32GB of eMMC for storage, you need to MANAGE it right otherwise you won't be able to do anything, say,  after 1 month.

eMMc is almost full. It only have 32 GB and would appreciate it if you could show me how to MANAGE it.
