Product: HP Elite book

I get everytime I open the computer the following message * there is a mfc 110u.dll missing?? I am for some time now trying to figure it out but am unsuccessful doing such. I see various others have same or similar problem but all the recommendation given I tried and just like for many other am not successful. Anyone can guide me through this?
