Hi:
According to the specs I could find for your notebook, it comes with DDR4-2666 MHz memory.
HP 15s-fq2002nl (outletclick.com)
According to the Intel specs, the processor your notebook comes with supports DDR4-3200 MHz memory.
Intel Core i71165G7 Processor 12M Cache up to 4.70 GHz Product Specifications
If you own the notebook, run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below, and it will show you the memory speed of the memory HP installed in your notebook.
If it is DDR4-3200 MHz running at 2666 MHz, then you have your answer. The max speed is 2666 MHz.
If HP installed a DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip, then it may be possible you can install DDR4-3200 memory in your notebook and it will run at 3200 MHz, but there is no guarantee it will.
HP publishes no detailed information on notebook motherboard specifications.

As I indicated earlier, you won't know unless you install two DDR4-3200 memory chips and see what happens.
I don't even know what chipset your notebook comes with.
There is no service manual for your notebook yet.
The utility I posted should tell you what model Intel chipset your notebook comes with, and then you can search Intel's site for the chipset specs and see if Intel has any information regarding the max supported memory speed.

You're very welcome.
Perhaps the old service manual currently linked to your notebook's support page will be of help for you to open up the notebook.
