Product: HP PROBOOK 650 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to configure a replacement motherboard for an HP ProBook 650 G3. 

While using the HP System Board Configuration Tool USB Key it says the board has its MPM locked. 

Therefore it needs a SMC.bin file.
