Hello recently i bought a second hand laptop which in HP probook 430 G3. It's in good condition but asking for MPM info

1) Build id no

2) Feature byte

3) Serial no

4)SKU No

5) System board CT No

6) Product name

 

how do i get this info??

would it be a problem if i don't give this info

That usually means the motherboard has been replaced. There is a technician tool needed to populate those fields in the BIOs Code. You might want to contact HP Support directly rather than the Forum. This might be of some help:
