my laptop cabinet broken

IF what you mean is that the laptop case is broken, I don't know what you expect us here to do about that.

 

If it was broken by accident, then that damage is specifically excluded under the warranty terms and even if the laptop is still under the original warranty, HP is not going to fix it.

 

If the laptop is new and arrived with the case broken, then you might have a warranty claim -- but you have to check with HP Support directly about that as any claim would need to be submitted to them, not to us.
