Exactly your machine is an HP Notebook - 14s-cs1000tu, its specs:

     https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06309328

Generally it is a good machine, not lighting fast but fast enough for normal Office works. It has

  •     8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)
  •     1 TB 5400 rpm SATA

Nothing you can do with its CPU but two things you can do to make it run faster

(a) Upgrade RAM to 16GB (max) by adding SAME 8GB RAM to slot 2

(b) Add M.2 NVMe SSD using Crucial P1 or Samsung 970 EVO series then move Windows and applications to it.

At the mean time, before spending more money to upgrade, please use the following tips

Hello, I am sorry @banhien but I want to add more informations.

@SHRI-DHAR_216 , your problem come at the first use of your computer, or after an update or program installation?..

If you computer work normally after startup, maybe you have a lot of programs and services they startup with Windows, and slowing your computer. You can verify this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026268/windows-10-change-startup-apps

If I have been answer to your question please accept it as a solution 🙂

I think you're gonna have to give more details, like how old is your computer and such. I also had very slow startups, with nothing unusual appearing on the task manager or anything, and thought nothing of it. And then it turned out it was a warning sign that my hard drive was failing.

You can run UEFI diagnostics to see if there's a problem with any component. Or, if you can access Windows normally, the Control Panel has options to improve startup speed.
