Hello everyone. A few days ago, my HP Laptop 17-cn0010nt laptop gave an installation error while updating the bios. I took it to the HP authorized service. My problem is solved. I came home and When I opened HP Support Assistant, I saw that my laptop model was HP Laptop PC 17-c0000. Also, when I shut down my laptop completely, only the screen turns off and the system continues to work. Is the problem a wrong intervention or have the parts of my laptop been replaced?
