My Kingston SA2000M8 SSD is not working. Can I use Kingston "KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD" on my laptop.

Hi:

 

You can, but since your M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3, the KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD will not perform at its maximum advertised speeds.

I don't understand what you are asking.

 

If you want to know how to reinstall Windows on your new SSD...

 

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC since yours is not working, to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
