HP Recommended

Should I buy a used MacBook Pro M1 2020 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, or is it a no-brainer to go for a HP EliteBook X360 G10 with an Intel Core i5-1335U, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage? Both are used, but the HP is newer. I am currently using a MacBook Air i3 2020 and I like the integration with my iPad and iPhone, but its not the biggest need. I prefer something that would last longer years and with good battery life. The Macbook is cheaper but deciding if I should spend the extra money
