Ok listen I get it’s an old laptop! I DON’T WANT ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR CRAPPY PLASTIC HP LAPTOPS!!!!
I love my hp mini and haven’t switched to a new laptop since a bought it new when it came out, but it’s getting really slow like unbelievable slow! It has its original drive, battery, and ram. Chrome takes 54 seconds (timed) to even pop up on the screen (internet explorer doesn’t even work! It’s internet explorer 8 if that helps) it’s still on windows 7 but I’ve upgraded it from starter to ultimate, I’ve tried vista and I love vista but it just can’t handle it and 8, 10 , and 11 is wayyyy out of the question I’m not trying to brick it! I just want to know if there is anything to speed it up like maybe someone makes a custom circuit board that’s better or something but I just don’t want to upgrade the battery is original and I still have battery life like if it was new I’m just fine with windows 7 and I love how small it is! But if I’m listening to music through windows media center or player it actually glitches a bit when turning it up and it’s never done that it started about a year ago. But mainly I just want to speed it up so please give me some suggestions because It’s getting unbearable to use. I also have a asus eee pc running 7 ultimate with the same atom processor as the HP and it’s just fine and fast as ever so I’m also very confused about that!
