I have a notebook omen 15-ce009nl, Is expandible tio 32gb of RAM. Now i have 16gb.

The max is 2 x 8 GB.

Officially 2 x 8 gb is the maximum but proven many times that 2 x 16 gb DDR4-2666 for 32 gigs total will work fine. Having said that, very few computer users need 32 gigs and particularly the upgrade from 16 to 32 gigs will do next to nothing for gaming.
