What is the max RAM I can install in the HP pavilion laptop 15-eg2373cl? It is currently configured with 16GB. I can't find a max RAM value in the product specs. The Crucial memory site indicates this model should support up to 64GB of RAM. If I run a CMD prompt query: "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity MemoryDevices"
I get a value indicating 16GB but I wasn't sure if this accurately reflects what the laptop can be configured to. I would like to go to 32GB.

You can find the value yourself. Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
Note: To get to GB value, you simply divide the above number to (1024 x 1024).
Regards.
