Your Intel i5 11th gen processor-based model may support up to 32 GB (2x16 GB).

 

Click this link and run the wmic command to find the max RAM capacity your model supports.

2 Steps to Check Maximum RAM Capacity of Your Computer

 

If it reports 32 GB, your notebook supports up to 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 memory.
