Hello,

 

I want to buy this computer (mentioned in title) and I don't know if the memory is upgradeable or not.

 

Can I replace the already 4GB RAM with an 8GB RAM stick for this device?

It specs

which says it has   4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (onboard). Onboard simply means RAM is soldered to the system board and not removable.
