Hello, HP doesn't support this laptop anymore and they're not providing the manual for it. I would like to know what is the max memory this laptop supports? Thank you! Product Number: 3VU70UA - Serial Number [Personal Information Removed]

[EDIT:] I am not necessarily promoting Crucial -I would pick the Samsung RAM equivalent (p/n: M471A2K43CB1-CRC 16GB).

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Your HP ENVY X360 - 15m-Cn0012dx (3VU70UA) can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.

 

You could install 2666 MHz (DDR4 PC4-21300) RAM or 3200 MHz (DDR4 PC4-25600) RAM, but your laptop will down throttle it to 2400 MHz RAM speed.
