What do I need to upgrade my hp 2000 2b89WM notebook pc to windows 10 and 750gb hard drive or higher and max 8gb memory or larger

hmm im not familier with that model of laptop. I also think that with out talking to someone that knows what they are doing that laptops are usally not upgradable.
