HP 17-bs020cy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have two HP units I'm considering RAM upgrades to. The first is an HP model 17-bs020cy and I'm unclear as to the maximum RAM capacity for it. The second is an HP 22-b013w all-in-one. Same question in regards to max RAM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

17-bs020cy has 2 slots and uses DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM but -2400 will work and downclock to -2133 speed. Maximum is 32 gigs or a pair of 16 gb modules.

The AIO uses laptop memory...DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM. 2 slots max is 16 gigs or a pair of eights.

Its specs

which shows it has 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). You can upgrade to

  • 16GB by adding SAME existing RAM to slot 2 OR compatible RAM
  • 32GB using the following compatible RAM (will run at 2133MHz)
