Can I increase the memory to be greater the 16 MB?

No there are no removeable memory modules. From the Service Manual:
Memory
No SODIMM slots - not customer accessible / upgradeable
Support for LPDDR3-1866 dual channel
Supports 16384-MB (256-MB×32×4, 4PCs) and 8192-MB (256-MB×16×4, 4PCs)
configurations
So your memory is soldered to the motherboard and you got the high end configuration...16 gigs but that's as good as it gets.
