Serial No. [removed]
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s102tu.  [serial number removed per Rules Of Participation]

It has a 4GB RAM, Single slot, 1600 MHz, SODIMM.

Runs on Windows Home 10, 64 bit.

I would like to upgrade it as it is slow. Could you please let me know the Maximum RAM for this Laptop model and which exact RAM model should I get. Also some Laptops donot allow upgrade as they have soldered RAM (I wonder). I hope mine is not one of them.

Thanks everyone.

P.S. The reason I am thinking of upgrading the RAM is because the notebook is very slow. To my untrained mind, RAM seems to be the solution, however if there is any other solution, please advise.

Your machine only has 1 RAM slot which supports 8GB max. Please use the following fully compatible. You can buy from Crucial or from any good computer shops
