Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible X8M13EA#ABU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY x360 Convertable runs slow when processing on photoshop. As far as I can tell it has 2 slots for RAM and currently has 8GB of Hynix RAM. I want to know what is the maximum I can upgrade to and what make of RAM would suit best for my laptop?

Hi:

 

According to the service manual there is only one memory slot and you already have it maxed out.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual below for the memory upgrade info...

HP Recommended

It has a maximum of 8GB of installed memory. It is not upgradeable.
