Microsoft Windows 11

I really like to upgrade my RAM since my current 8GB is not enough for my workflow. Please help me, i've read that 16GB is the maximum capacity and another article says 32GB. Not sure which one is correct, im planning to buy the maximum capacity for laptop. Please tell me even the Mhz since i currently have 4GB 2x 2666Mhz running. Which is the best one for my laptop. TIA

@zktpwa4,

Your support home page lists service manual for older version 14-dq0xxx which says max 16 GB (2x8) is supported. But that model series comes with Intel Core 7-8th gen processors, and your model has Intel 11th gen CPU.

Crucial says 14s-2000 model series supports max 64 GB (2x32).
