Can you confirm what is the maximum capacity of  laptop 15-dy2024nr if it is 16, 32 o 64 GB?

Is the RAM that comes on the motherboard  are fixed to the board or are they removable ?  both of them?

Will this RAM work on this LAPTOP?:

Hi, Rolo:

HP does not have a service manual for the 15-dy2000 model series.

They only have one for the first release of the 15-dy0000 model series.

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

Chapter 1 indicates the notebook will support 2 x 8 GB of memory if it has an Intel core processor.

The memory is removable/upgradable.

You can run this command to see if your notebook will support more than 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory:

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. After the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

I can't confirm what brand memory will work in your notebook, but the specs for the A-Tech memory you posted seems to check all of the boxes (f your notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory).

The memory will automatically bridge to 2666 MHz.
