Looks like 32GB according to your Service Manual  I don't know what configuration you have but manual calls for DDR4-3200 1.2v  Most performance ram won't like to run on HP consumer laptops because of relaxed timings in bios and no way to adjust for tighter timings. Ask me how I know. 😁

 

Windows users can determine the maximum RAM capacity in the Command prompt (Run as Administer) with the command here- "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity" without the quotes and divide the value by 1024 That will give you the total ammount supported by your laptop.

wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity showed 128 GB.

Suddenly someone tried to install 32 GB, let's wait, maybe someone will give an exact answer based on experience.

There have been reports of users using 64GB of ram in the 11th gen Intel HP laptops. More than that I do not know.

 

Again, don't buy performance ram, the timings are lower than vanilla ram from Crucial, Samsung or SK Hynix. This includes Corsair Vengance, GSkil Ripjaws, etc. They don't work well in HP laptops.

Max capacity will be 32,768 which converts to 32 gb. I am disappointed but will abide. I'll post which memory I buy and how it runs. Thank you
