Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1098tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How much maximum RAM (DDR4) my laptop HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1098tx can handle? I tried the Crucial "CrucialScan" memory scanner,  it says  64 GB of RAM my laptop can handle. I need an HP Expert/s to comment on this matter , please help. I have 2 slots on my device, one slot has 8 GB DDR4 3200 Mz (RAM - removable)). and the other one is empty.

HP Recommended

Run cmd (admin) and type

 

wmic memphysical get maxcapacity

 

divide by 1024*1024 and you get the result
