Hi, @CreativeArts

Just note that the memory speed information in the service manual is for the older model series that uses DDR4-3200 MHz memory.

Your notebook uses DDR5-4800 MHz memory chips.

HI, I see it is 4800 Mhz.

What about the maximum memory? Is it 32 or 64?

HP Recommended

The service manual that Fabio_L32 indicates the maximum memory supported is 32 GB.

The Crucial memory report for the model series indicates that 64 GB is the max.

You can also run this command to see what Windows indicates:

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
