Hello community,
I have an hp pavilion dv6t-7000 (product: A3E82AV). I am looking (if possible) to upgrade from 8GB to 16GB, but reading user manuals and comments, I realized the dv6t-7000 model has a few variants, and I am not sure if my specific product supports 16GB of RAM.
Attached image of current ram installed (original by HP).
crucial.com suggests 16GB model 2 x CT2KIT102464BF160B (2 x 8GB).
How can I confirm if my specific model/product supports 16GB of RAM? Thank you!!

Yes, it dows support 16GB max and mantioned on page 4 of its Maintenance and Service Guide on the following link
And you can use fully compatible RAM from Crucial for all dv6-7xxx and dv6t-7000 machines.
